Returns and Refunds
Fireworks once delivered cannot be returned. In cases of missing or damaged products, refunds will be issued only for those specific items.

Minimum Order Value
- For Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana: Minimum order value is Rs. 2999/-.
- For other cities or states: Minimum order value is Rs. 5999/-.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, subject to a 25% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded within 15 working days. Orders cannot be canceled once payment is made.

Return & Refund Policy

Gokul Traders reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds will be processed within 15 working days. Orders cannot be amended once payment is made.
Cancellations by customers within 24 hours of placing an order are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded within 15 working days.
Claim Terms
Please verify the invoice and ensure the parcel is in good condition upon delivery. No claims or returns will be accepted once delivery is completed. For missing or damaged items at delivery, replacements or a proportional refund will be provided within 15 days. Substitute products may be dispatched if the original items are unavailable.
